With a notoriously friendly nature, otters are known to hold hands with their partners when they float downstream and are perfectly capable of stealing hearts! Despite their cuteness, they are also incredibly rare. Otters are on the red list of endangered animals according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) due to the risk of marine contaminants and pollution, as well as diseases and the chances they’ll bump into predators. Their biggest threat today is humanity.

This otter is made from recycled plastic bottles that help to repair the human damage that has been caused by river contamination, so that real life otters can swim safely home and our soft toy otters can travel back with their new eco-conscious owner.

Each purchase goes towards the conservation of animal habitats and ecosystems, and provides a new cuddly friend to hold hands with every day - without getting wet paws!
